Neal Davis serves as Director of Business Development at CGI, a global leader in IT and business consulting. With a focus on the Carolinas, Neal spearheads the company’s build and buy strategy, driving the company’s growth throughout the region.
Before his tenure at CGI, Neal founded and led Dais X, a pioneering digital transformation firm. Under his leadership, the company experienced continuous revenue growth and maintained profitability, establishing its position as a formidable player in the market.
Following the 2012 presidential election, Neal took a full-time role with an IT consulting group and played a large role in driving B2B sales growth for that organization. It was during this time, Neal saw the worlds of business, marketing and technology collide. Business transformation was digital transformation.
Throughout his career, Neal has provided IT and business consulting services to a wide range of commercial and government clients. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at IT industry conferences and entrepreneurship programs. He remains passionate about helping companies drive business growth.

While serving as President at Dais X, Neal developed an internal incubator program for early-stage companies. He still advises and invests in startup companies.
Mr. Davis was recognized as one of “40 Leaders Under 40” by the American Business Journals in 2016. He was awarded “Top 10 Startups to Watch” by the North Carolina Technology Association in 2018. Neal also completed the Executive Leadership certificate program at Cornell Univeristy in 2018.

Neal has always been passionate about giving back to the communities where he lives and works.
In Greensboro, North Carolina, Neal served on the Greensboro Sports Council and the Wyndham Championship Partners Club. He was a member of the JDRF board of directors, The Servant Center board of directors and Junior Achievement of the Triad board of directors. Additionally, Neal served on a joint-task force with the City of Greensboro and Greensboro Chamber of Commerce to create a Minority Business Accelerator in Greensboro.
